Each situation can be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, even in the presence of a violation of the following rules. Our priority is to make you happy.

TIME LIMITS

Returns can only be made within 30 days of purchase. If you attempt to return a product after this deadline, your return request may be rejected.

PRODUCT CONDITIONS

If the returned item is not in the same condition in which it was sold (for example, if it has been used, damaged, or is missing the original packaging), the return may be refused. The product to be returned must be intact, with labels attached and original undamaged packaging.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

Some items are excluded from return policies, such as private custom orders.

Making a return or exchange on Eccellenza Donna is very simple! ♥. - Fill out the form and book the courier collection to return your item.

Remember, changing items or sizes is free.

What you have to do

  • -Complete the return form available below. Enter all the requested information, such as name, email address, order number and reason for return. Click the “Submit” button to complete the process and wait for the confirmation message.
  • -Insertion of the return sheet: when returning a product, it is important that you insert a sheet with the order code and the reason for the return inside the package. This will help us identify your return and process your refund or replacement more quickly.

  • -Box Protection: To avoid damage during transportation, make sure the product box is well protected. You can use the original packing material or, if you have already discarded it, another sturdy packing material. We invite you not to increase the overall volume of the package, as any additional costs resulting from larger dimensions will be borne by the customer. Additionally, you must remove any previous shipping labels to avoid delivery issues.
  • -Wait for the courier: Once you have filled out the return form, the courier or our customer service will contact you to organize the collection of the product, you will be provided with all the necessary information. Entrust the package to the courier who will arrive to collect it and contact us on WhatsApp to find out when our team will receive your return or take a look at the tracking code.

What happens next?


-Return Processing: Once we receive your return, our team will review it to ensure it complies with our returns terms and conditions. If the return is compliant, we will proceed with the requested refund or replacement.



-Sending your IBAN code: If you have placed an order with cash on delivery and wish to receive a refund, you will need to provide your IBAN code by email or privately.


-Cost of return: The cost of returning the product will be deducted from the final refund to the customer. This includes the cost of collecting the product, the shipping cost. To cover these costs, a contribution is required from the customer which will be deducted at the time of refund.
