Each purchase transaction will be governed by the provisions set out in Legislative Decree. 185/99, Legislative Decree. 206/05; the information directed at the conclusion of the contract will be subject to the art. 12 of the Legislative Decree. 70/03 and, for how long concerns the protection of confidentiality, will be subject to the legislation of referred to in the Legislative Decree. 196/03.

PURCHASE METHOD

The customer purchases the product, the characteristics of which are illustrated online in the relevant descriptive and technical data sheets, at the price therein indicated to which the delivery costs are added as specified on site.

DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

Excellence Donna guarantees delivery of the goods within 25 (twenty-five) days working hours starting from the date of receipt of the confirmation of the transaction taking place. (For payment by cash on delivery, 15 days will be counted from the date of receipt of the order via e-mail.). In the event that the customer chooses the delivery method in cash on delivery, payment must be made exclusively through cash or bank draft, to be delivered directly to courier upon receipt of the goods.

METHOD FOR EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If the goods have been delivered, the customer is required to return them to Eccellenza Donna within 15 (fifteen) working days starting from the date of delivery of the goods.
